Mrs. Gloria T. Peralez, 64, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, in a Corpus Christi hospital after a short illness.

She was born Jan. 6, 1945, in Beeville to the late Onesimo and Francisca Mata Treviño. She was a retired insurance agent.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Peralez of Beeville; two daughters, Irma and Irene Peralez, both of Beeville; one son, Ruben Peralez of Corpus Christi; two brothers, Tomas M. Treviño and Deacon Louis (Alicia) Treviño, both of Beeville; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A rosary was to be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Treviño Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Patrick Donohoe will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy De Los Santos, Joel Hernandez, Jonathan De Los Santos, Jacob Hernandez, Jesse De Los Santos and Robert Peralez.
