Members of the Bee County Crime Stoppers are looking for information that could lead to an arrest in a recent burglary at the Tractor Supply Store, 2500 N. St. Mary’s St.

According to 34-year-old store manager, someone jumped over a chain link fence at the south side of the building and took several hundred dollars worth of merchandise.

The victim said he was missing three trailer chemical sprayers, two nine-inch auger bits, one 12-inch auger bit and a 24-inch auger bit.

The manager said that when the thefts were discovered they checked the fence for cuts or other openings and found none. That led him to believe that whomever took the items went over the fence.

Evidence gathered at the scene was turned over to detectives in the Beeville Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Department.

Crime Stoppers offers rewards of as much as $1,000 for information that could lead to an arrest and a grand jury indictment.
