Ian Smith and Jonathan Sulaica led all Bulldog scorers with eight points each. Jacob Moran chipped in six, Gage Crawford five, Troy Chowns and Patrick Eaves four, Josh Perez three, and Jonathan Lopez and Sophiab Pon two. Smith led the way with 9 rebounds.
On Friday, the Dawgs lost a hard fought match with the visiting George West Longhorns, 56-40. Smith led the way scoring for the Bulldogs with 18 points. Moran contributed 11, Crawford four, Sulaica three, and Chowns and Wieding two. Smith also pulled down 11 rebounds.
The Dawgs are now 1-3 on the year in district.
