The officer met with a 23-year-old loss prevention employee who said a customer had purchased $1,377.71 in merchandise and had left the store.
It was after the customer left that employees realized they had not charged her for a $598 Sanyo television set that had been in her shopping cart.
Feb. 4 at 5:56 p.m. Cisneros responded to a call from the 200 block of South Comitas Street after someone called to report a neighbor pointing a gun at her husband.
The 49-year-old victim said he had argued with a neighbor and the two men began yelling. At one point, the 58-year-old neighbor pulled a gun and pointed it at him.
Sgt. Al Puga met with the accused assailant and the man handed over an eight-shot pellet gun. The man said he had not pointed the gun at his neighbor.
Feb. 5 at 6:25 p.m. Cisneros spoke to a 33-year-old woman who said someone had stolen a bike from her residence in the 500 block of West Youst Street.
The victim said she noticed her 10-year-old son’s $100 Mongoose bike was missing from the yard.
