I would like to thank Principal Jaime Rodriguez and the administrative staff for giving our girls a parade through the city. That was awesome! The girls really appreciated it. Some of them had never experienced that, and I am sure they will remember it for a long time. The A.C. Jones band, drill team and cheerleaders also did a great job in the pep rally which was marching through the school! I thank the teachers as well for their patience and support.

I want to thank all who were involved. The community involvement was awesome. It was wonderful to see all of you come out of your businesses and take time to cheer the girls on. That was very thoughtful! I know that because of a time constraint we could not involve all of the other schools, but I want to thank Principals Belinda Aguirre, Jean Blankenship and Martina Villarreal for sending their entire schools outside to line the streets, hold signs and cheer on our soccer team. A special thank you to our fire department, police department and Angel Care Ambulance service for taking the time to honor our girls. On behalf of myself, the players and my assistant, Coach Amber Orchard, we cannot say thank you enough! I have never seen such support in 29 years of coaching high school soccer. It was a pleasure to work with these young ladies here at A.C. Jones High. To see them step up and keep that undefeated season going to the very end was amazing.

I am very proud of the Lady Trojans and what they have accomplished – ending the season as Region IV sectional finalists with a record of 20-1-3! Again, thank you for such a class act as I will never forget and to Coach Moses, Terry Greenup and our Beeville administration for the opportunity and allowing me to take on this program.
