Mrs. Carrillo was born Nov. 5. 1923, in Fannin to Simona (Callentes) and Vidal Barrientes. She was a homemaker and a member of St. James Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Sanchez.
Survivors include a daughter, Mabel (Ray) Hernandez of Beeville; two sisters, Juanita Ojeda of Beeville and Rosa Cantu of Runge; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2 with Pastor Jesse Berthold officiating.
