Mr. Estrada was born Jan. 4, 1930, in Beeville to Maclovia Duenez and Ramon Estrada. He married Lydia DeLeon in Beeville. He was a rancher.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lydia DeLeon Estrada; and a step-son Manuel Villarreal.
Survivors include seven children, Eloy (Jennifer) Estrada of Florida, Javier (Tammy) Estrada of Pennsylvania, Edolio Villarreal of Beeville, David Villarreal of Bay City, Cynthia Hernandez of Bay City, Nora Tanguma of Beeville and Jaime Villarreal of Beeville; a step-daughter-in-law, Mary Elva Villarreal of Beeville; a brother, Jacinto Estrada; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at Angelus Funeral Home.
The funeral service was conducted there at 10 o’clock with Rev. Jesse De La Garza officiating. Burial followed in Beeville Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Edolio Villarreal III, Joe L. Tanguma, Fernando Galvan, Jerry De La Garza, Pablo Garnica and Mark Adrian Estrada.
