Michael professed hope and love in the Lord at an early age and was baptized by his father at 11 years of age. He loved Sunday School and served as Assistant Superintendent for four years before becoming the youngest President of the Brotherhood of Bethlehem Church at age eighteen. He was loved by people because he loved people, and he did not mind saying it to his family or friends. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Joyce A. Wilson. His memories will live in the hearts of those who love him for years to come.

Sisters; Sherry Reed, Dallas, Texas, Latasha Wilson, San Diego, Calif, Beverly Luckey (Willie) and Karla Bessard (Marion) of Dallas, Texas. Nephews; M. C. Reed, Houston, Texas, Anthony Reed, Dallas, Texas, Willie R. Wilson III, Oxnard, Calif. Nieces; Ashley Wallace (Jeff), Monecia Reed, Dallas, Texas, Lexus Bryant, San Diego, Calif., Nicole and Mia Wilson, Oxnard, Calif., a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends, fiancée, Lena Sisk, Hereford, Texas. Two special friends who impacted Michael’s life; Rev. Norris Jackson, Beeville, Texas and Rev. Fred Conwright, Dallas, Texas.
Funeral Services were conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Burial followed at St. Rose Cemetery, Rev. Eric R. Tarver officiated.
Pallbearers were Phillip Taylor, Lionel Hodge, Carty Davis, Mitchell Smith Sr., Kevin Taylor and James Selby.
