During evening registration, prospective students will have access to many of the same services offered during CBC’s normal business hours. Student services staff from advising, counseling, admissions and financial aid will help guide students every step of the way from applying to the college to registering for classes. If assistance is needed with applying for financial aid, please bring your 2011 tax returns and W-2’s, as well as parents’ tax information for students age 23 and under. For more information about documents needed to apply for financial aid, call (361) 354-2238.
In addition to student services staff, representatives from the business office will be on hand to help facilitate payment arrangements, and Weekend College representatives will be available to answer questions about the Weekend College program available at the Alice and Beeville campuses.
The Beeville campus also will hold a Saturday registration on Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the R.W. Dirks Building inside the Student Success Center/Learning Assistance Center (LAC). Students will have access to the same services and staff that will be in attendance at the evening registration.
The evening registration event at the Alice campus will be in Room 158, at the Kingsville campus in Room 112, and at the Pleasanton Campus in the advising office.
Some students may be required to have the bacterial meningitis vaccination before Jan. 4, 2013, in order to register. For more information about the bacterial meningitis vaccination requirements and exemptions, contact the admissions/registrar’s office at (361) 354-2245.
