The Loudmouth math classes at Moreno Middle School got into the Christmas spirit early this year. All of the sixth, seventh and eighth grade math classes participated in an annual toy drive at Beeville Family Practice. This year, the classes outdid themselves, collecting more than 200 toys for not only for underprivileged children of Bee County but for youngsters in Mexico as well.

“This is a great chance for the kids at school to give back to the community and help out kids their own age,” commented John Johnson, math teacher at MMS.

This is the third year that MMS has help out at Beeville Family Practice, and teachers hope this will become an annual event at MMS as well.

Marry Arredondo, a nurse at Beeville Family Practice added, “We would like to thank the Moreno Middle School Loudmouth math teachers and students on behalf of Beeville Family Practice for their assistance with our annual toy drive. This year was a great success, as we were able to provide for kids in the community and were able to assist in providing some toys for kids in Mexico. Thank you once again for everyone that helped us out. Happy Holidays, and God Bless you.”

“We have been long-time supporters of John Johnson and the entire Moreno Middle School,” says Loudmouth Golf CEO Larry Jackson. “Loudmouth is about being happy and having fun, and I know that the kids’ who will receive these toys collected by MMS will be all smiles on Christmas morning. Happy holidays from our entire team,” adds Jackson.
