Hampton-Moreno-Dugat Early Childhood Center will hold its annual Family Literacy Night on Thursday, Jan. 24, from 5-6:30 p.m. Parents will learn to help their child with early literacy skills and foster a love of reading. All parents will receive information and activities to take home to continue the learning. There will be 11 fun, hands-on activities that the parents and children will complete together, and then each class will also give additional ideas that the parents can use over and over again to help build their child’s skills. Door prizes and snacks will be provided. All the families of HMD students are invited to come join the fun.
