Martha Byrd Rodriguez and Christopher Steven Blackwell, both of Beeville, announce their engagement and approaching marriage. The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. Friday, March 1, at New Life Church in Beeville. A reception will follow at the Beeville Community Center.
