Mr. Salazar was born in Beeville on Jan. 10, 1953, to Monseis and Gloria Moreno Salazar.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Camacho of Beeville; three daughters, Graciela Mari (Domingo, Jr.) Salinas, Ava Krysteen Salazar and Reva Justeen Salazar, all of Beeville; a son, David Christopher Salazar of Houston; five brothers, Monseis M. (Diana) Salazar, Gerald M. (Nora) Salazar and Alberto M. (Lucy) Salazar, all of Beeville, David (Gladys) Salazar of Alvin and Armando M. (Rosalinda) Salazar of Victoria; six sisters, Alma (Johnny) Martinez of Corpus Christi, Sylvia Salinas, Blanca (Danny) Ramos, Linda Salazar, Rosa Camacho and Sandy (Joel) Castaneda, all of Beeville; four grandchildren, Gabriel Salinas, Gabriela Salinas, Matthew Salinas and Alyssa Salazar; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, at Monte Del Olivar Christian Church with a prayer service there at 7 o’clock.
The funeral service was conducted Saturday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m. at Monte Del Olivar Church with Rev. Isaac De Los Santos officiating. Interment followed at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.
Pallbearers were Domingo Salinas, Gabriel Salinas, David Salazar, Nick Camacho Jr., Scotty Salazar and LeAnthony Salazar.
Arrangements were under the direction of Oak Park Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Beeville, and Guardian Funeral Home, Corpus Christi.
