He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Antonio and Francisca Quiroz, and Antonio Longoria; an aunt, Rosario Longoria; a step- brother, Juan Anthony Barrientes; and his brother- in- law, Richard Cuevas.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Denese Palomo of Beeville; his son, Ivan Michael Longoria; and soon-to-be born daughter, Adriana Longoria; his father, Johnny Arzola; and mother, Amelia Martinez (Felipe Barrientes), all of Beeville; his brother, Freddy Aleman Jr. (Jessica Salinas); four sisters, Olivia Longoria, Laura Martinez (Gilbert Alvear), Kelly Olivas Rubin (Jonathan) and Cristela Cuevas, all of Beeville; grandparents, Juan Arzola of Beeville and Porfirio and Elida Longoria of Skidmore; in-laws, Jennifer Zepeda (William) of Skidmore and Gilbert Palomo of Cypress, Texas; his beloved nieces and nephews, Joshua Ryan Aleman, Freddy Aleman III, Ayanna Tate, Arriana Rosario Aleman, Ruben Gonzales III, Nathaniel Zayne Campos, Renesmee Jade Cuevas, Mariah Isabel Cuevas, and Jonathan Olivas Rubin, Jr.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12, 2014, from 12 p.m.-9 p.m. at Angelus Funeral Home. A prayer service was held that same evening at 7 p.m. A celebration of Pedro’s life was celebrated on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at 2 p.m. at El Buen Pastor Baptist Church. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore. Serving as pallbearers were Gilbert Estrada, Gilbert Palomo, Gilbert Alvear, Freddy Aleman, Jr., Felipe Barrientes, Adam Perez, Daniel Cuevas, Stephen Longoria, Jr. and Joshua Ryan Aleman. Honorary pallbearers were Ruben Gonzales III and Freddy Aleman III.
