Mr. Wallace was born May 30, 1966, in Beeville to Walter Wallace Sr. and Beverly E. Lara. He was an electrician by trade and was a member of International Brotherhood of electrical workers.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Spurgeon and Marceline Garrett and Levi Clifton Wallace and Lela Francis Miller Wallace.
Survivors include his wife, Wendy Wallace of Beeville; three sons, Wally Wallace III of Beeville, Tony Wallace and JP Wallace, both of Corpus Christi; one daughter, Megan Wallace of Beeville; parents, Walter (Ella) Wallace Sr. of Beeville and Beverly (Ricky) Lara of Beeville; four sisters, Teresa (James) Halpain of Madisonville, Robin Maldonado of Friendswood, Priscilla Enriquez and Julie McGivern, both of San Antonio; three grandchildren, Marina Spencer, Aareon Wallace and Jade Simpson; one brother, Michael Rios of San Antonio; an uncle, David Henry Wallace; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A memorial service was held Saturday, June 28, at 2 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Pickett officiating.
Following the memorial service, a celebration of life was held at 604 W. Jones St.
