Robin Pate, fourth-grade teacher at Skidmore-Tynan Elementary, promised her students she would cut her hair if 90 percent or more of her fourth-grade students passed their math TAKS test, and they did! The hair will be donated to Locks of Love, an organization that makes wigs for cancer patients.

Renee Guajardo promised her students a pie in the face if 90 percent or more of her fourth-grade students passed their math TAKS test, and they did!

One hundred percent of the fourth-grade students at Skidmore-Tynan Elementary passed their math TAKS test!

“Skidmore-Tynan Elementary teachers...doing whatever it takes,” proudly said Emilia Dominguez, STES principal.
