Olga "Girlie" Heil, 80 of Victoria, formerly of Goliad, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012. She was born October 18, 1931, in Goliad to the late Johnnie and Anita Gleinser.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben "Blue" "Beanso" Heil; her so,n Randy Ryan Heil; and a brother, Johnell Gleinser.

She is survived by her daughter, Lori Lynn Heil; and brother, David Wayne Gleinser (Cathie), both of Victoria. She is also survived by her grandson, C. J. Naranjo (Zalanda); and great-grandson, Christian Jayden of Humble; and grandson, Mark Alan McDonald; and great-granddaughter, Illeana "Ily" Chrystelle of Victoria.

She retired after several years of working for the County of Goliad and several other local businesses. For enjoyment in her earlier years, she loved to bowl and enjoyed hanging out at the golf club. In her latter years, she enjoyed playing cards with the "girls". She rarely ever missed a Wednesday night.

A gathering of friends and family was held at Goliad Funeral Home, 414 W. Ward Street, Goliad, Texas, on Saturday, June 16th, from 3p-5p; and a covered dish meal was served at the Goliad Golf Club afterwards.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Associate or donor's choice.
