Three Lutheran churches holding joint Lenten service

A joint Lenten supper and service will be held on Wednesday, March 6 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Schroeder.

The Lenten service series is sponsored jointly by St. Luke’s, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Ander, and Zion Lutheran Church in Arneckeville.

Supper will be available beginning at 6:30 p.m., with the service at 7:30 p.m. St. Luke’s is located at 11547 FM 622 in Schroeder.

Members of the community are invited to attend the supper and service.

The theme of this year’s Lenten service series is “Beneath the Cross of Jesus.” Other Wednesday evening Lenten suppers and services will be held on March 13 and March 20.
