GOLIAD – Santa Anna's Mexican solders engaged in a skirmish with Col. Fannin's Texians at Pesidio La Bahia on Saturday as part of the 28th Annual Goliad Massacre Living History program, which will continue through Sunday.

On Saturday afternoon, the Battle of Coleto Creek reenactment will be performed at 3 p.m.

At 3:30 p.m., there will be living history at the campsites and gates will close Saturday at 5 p.m.

Gates will open at 9 a.m. Sunday. At 9:30 a.m., Dennis Riedesel will make a presentation on Isaac Hamilton.

At 10 a.m., the death march from the chapel to the actual massacre site will be held with a presentation of wreaths concluding the program.
