Mohair judging practice has begun

This year, our district contest will be held Saturday, May 24 again in Kerrville. 

We began mohair judging practice Monday, April 28 after school the Goloiad County Extension Office for those interested in judging again this year or for those who would like to try out for the team.

Recordbooks due June 6

Recordbooks will be due on June 6. The earlier members start their recordbooks, the easier it will be to complete.

The online setup is made to be used year round. Members can go online now, create their account or log into their previous account and begin on their own.

The website is or members can go to the Texas 4-H website and download the Word version. There are also great resources on the website.

Those who showed an animal in the 2014 Goliad County Fair must turn in a recordbook to be eligible to show again in 2015.
