During the Spring months of March and April, the third grade science classes at Kenedy Elementary learned about how plants grow.  The students then took what they learned in the classroom to the great outdoors.  The students were excited to see that the ground had already been prepared for planting by Mr. Balderamos and Mr. Arenal from the Maintenance department.  The students then watched MRs. Hosek demonstrate how the seeds are planted in the ground.  All the third graders had an opportunity to plant seeds in the garden.  The students water the garden every day and watch their plants grow.
