The Falls City Beavers and Beaverettes ran, vaulted, and threw at the State Track and Field Meet held at Mike Myers Stadium on the University of Texas campus in Austin this past week. Competitors were: Brady Zunker, Shot Put; Maggie Holz, Pole Vault; Caitlyn Jendrusch, discus; Ashleigh Blocker, 4x200 meter relay, 4x400 meter relay; Allyson Bluhm, 800 meter run, 4x200 meter relay, 4x400 meter relay; Camari Crawford, 4x200 meter relay, 4x400 meter relay; Shaw Moy, 4x400 meter relay; Kayla Kotara, 4x200 meter relay.

Watching our athletes compete at the highest level of competition on the state meet stage was a fantastic ending to an outstanding season. We would like to thank our parents and the Beaver Nation for their loyal following and support throughout the season. Congratulations Beaver and Beaverette Track Teams—you made us very proud!
