Emmy had a passion for car racing, winning several races before motherhood. She was a member of the Hungarian Puli Club and displayed her love for animals throughout the years.
Survivors include husband of 52 years, James E. Adams; children, Susan Cary of Knoxville, TN and James Adams, Jr. of Karnes City, TX; and grandchildren, Elizabeth, Austin, Thomas and Nicholas.
Funeral services were held at 6 p.m. Saturday April 21 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Rev. Paul Beal officiated. Her video tribute will be viewable at cliffordshoemaker.com.
