Kenedy Pre-K wins recycling contest

The Kenedy Elementary pre-kindergarten class collected the most plastic bags in the Kenedy HEB bag recycling contest. All elementary classes were treated to ice cream for their participation. Mrs. Witte, KES principal, approved and supported their participation in this great endeavor. The children enjoyed visiting with HE Buddy, while learning about ways of recycling. Not all pre-kindergarten classmates are shown.
