While their district record doesn’t reflect it, the Badger Baseball team has made some strides and adjusted to a new coaching staff.

“They have been working hard every day in practice; it is very evident in our hitting in a game,” Coach Chris Werner said. “We have been struggling on defense, but it’s not because we aren’t working hard in practice. When one defensive error happens, it seems to have monopoly effect on the team. Despite the District record I have to commend the kids on still coming to practice every day with a winning attitude and wanting to get better and working hard every day we are out there.”
