Falls City Senior Matthew Hons hits a double in the game against Pettus last Friday.  The Beavers defeated the Eagles 11-2.  Cody Houdmann also had a double and Dean Gaskamp, Gabe Jimerson and Justin Twine hit triples. The team had a .400 batting average for the night.  Justin Twine and Conner Jendrusch combined for a 0.00 ERA.  Twine struck out eight and Jendrusch had four.  On Tuesday, the Beavers were victorious over the Kenedy Lions 3-2.  Dean Gaskamp and Austen Camber combined for the win.  Gaskamp struck out five batters while Camber struck out four. Each team only had four hits but the Beavers were able to make key plays to win the game.
