A very large crowd travelled to San Antonio to watch the Falls City Beavers and the Kenedy Lions compete in the regional quarterfinal playoff Friday night.

In the fourth inning the Lions evened the tally at 1-1

Falls City retook the lead again in the fifth inning, going up three to one.

The Lions fought back in the sixth inning, taking the lead, 5-3.

The Beavers put one more run on the board making the score 5-4 and left players standing on base in the seventh and final inning when southpaw Kenedy Pitcher Dominic Cruz struck out a Beaver batter, ending the game, with Kenedy bringing home the 5-4 regional quarterfinal win.
