Two Refugio Junior High cross country runners earned medals at the meet at West Guth Park on Saturday, Oct. 16.

In the junior high girls division, Michelle Gonzales placed 7th and Jessica Vasquez was 10th. Both girls received medals for their great efforts!

In the varsity boys division, Carlos Cordero was 28th out of 90 runners. Cristian Padron, Brandon Thompson, Rair Martinez, Thomas Aranda, and Tanner Myers also participated in this division.

Jackie Gonzalez, Rachel Gonzales, Madi Preston, and Katie Snyder participated in the Varsity Girls division.
