I want to publicly thank the ones who attended the combined Christmas concert of the A.C. Jones High School and Moreno Middle School Choirs. Their presence was very meaningful, both to me and to Mrs. Heizer, as well as the 50 students who stood on the stage of the First United Methodist Church. It gives me great satisfaction and a bright hope for the future of the choral arts in Beeville ISD.

I would also be remiss if I didn’t recognize the individual achievements of these fine students.

Claire Duge – district and region choir during her four years with the A.C. Jones choir program. Her vocal talents, as well as her abilities on the piano, have been an extreme help to me and to the choir program;

Jose Arredondo – district and region choir, as well as area alternate;

Alexandra Aleman – district participant;

Virginia Bentura – district participant

All of the other participants who gave of their Thursday night. Without you, none of this would have been possible!

I see a very bright future for choral success in Beeville. Your continued support will ensure this. Again, thank you.

Ralph D. Howell

Director of Choirs

A.C. Jones High School
