Bee County Sheriff’s Office investigators are seeking information that could lead to an arrest in connection with a break-in reported in early September.

Investigator Derek Franco said burglars targeted a home just west of the city limits on Sept. 6.

While there, the thieves took flat panel television sets, computers, digital cameras and several MP-3 players.

So far, the deputies’ efforts to find a suspect have been fruitless.

The Bee County Crime Stoppers organization is offering a reward for information that could lead to an arrest in the case.

Rewards of as much as $1,000 are paid for successful tips.

Anyone who might have information on that case, or any other unsolved crime, may contact Crime Stoppers at 362-0206 or the Bee County Sheriff’s Office at 361-3221.

Crime Stoppers also can be contacted toll-free at (877) 362-0206 or by e-mail at bccs.crimestoppersweb.com.

Witnesses who provide information are guaranteed anonymity. The organization uses various methods of paying rewards without the witness ever having to provide his or her identity.
