SARA passes resolution supporting top water quality for Cibolo

The San Antonio River Authority (SARA) came out with a strong statement against lowering any water quality standards in area waterways last week.

The SARA board of directors passed a resolution August 18 that “supports classification for primary recreational contact all San Antonio River Basin perennial streams and intermittent streams with perennial pools,” which locally includes both the San Antonio River and Cibolo Creek.
