A $250 reward is being offered for anyone who has information about the person or persons who started a brush pile fire on CR 343, one mile east of Karnes City. The brush pile was meant to be part of the Karnes City High School bonfire. The fire was lit around 11 p.m. on October 31. Call Sheriff David Jalufka at 830-780-3924 with information.
