The KENS 5 New Station in San Antonio reported on the death of two animals at the Karnes County Animal Control Facility on its 6 p.m. news broadcast Tuesday evening. According to the report, county treasurer Vi Malone noticed a problem at the facility Tuesday. The report continues to allege that more than 30 dogs were left unattended for at least two days.
The Countywide was contacted by several individuals Tuesday afternoon with unconfimed details.
