Rosendo Cuevas Morin aka Chendo, 46, of George West was indicted for harassment of a public servant-enhanced.
He was arrested on Dec. 31, 2010 by George West Police Officers Juan Garcia and Jorge Medina on various offenses including attempting to take a weapon from an officer. Following his arrest, Morin was brought before George West Municipal Judge Patricia Lanford. She set bond but, he did not make bail.
Upon indictment District Court Judge Joel B. Johnson continued Morin on $20,000 bond. However, he remains in custody at the Live Oak County Jail.
John Andrew Saenz, 26, of Three Rivers was indicted twice. The first indictment was for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver PG 1-Methamphetamine (1g.-4g.) and the second, separate indictment was for bail jumping.
Saenz was arrested on Oct. 19, 2010 at 2 p.m. The case is under investigation by Trooper Clarence Lewenski. Saenz remains in custody with a $20,000 bond.
Larry Harold Hoch, Jr. 19, of Beeville was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1 (<1g.). He was a arrested on Nov. 13, 2010 by DPS Trooper Ray Garcia, Jr.
Hoch was brought before Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4 Endercio Chapa, Jr. The judge set bond at $5,000. He posted bond and was released. Upon indictment, Judge Johnson continued Hoch on the same bond.
Ricardo Lopez AKA Ricardo Vargas Lopez, 23, of Alamo, TX was indicted for possession of a controlled substance PG1 (<1 g.).
Lopez was arrested on Jan. 2 at 3:39 p.m. by DPS Troopers Garcia and Keese. He was brought before Judge Lanford and she set bond at $8,000. He posted bond and was released. Upon indictment Judge Johnson continued him on the same.
Joseph Pena AKA Joseph Olivero Pena, 27, of Corpus Christi was indicted on two counts. Count one was for aggravated kidnapping and count two for aggravated assault - threat with deadly weapon.
Pena was arrested on July 3, 2007 by Live Oak County Deputy Ken Baker. He was magistrated by Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Elizabeth Ellis. She set bonds for the three offenses at $80,000. He posted bond two days later and was released.
Upon indictment Judge Johnson issued a capias with a $20,000 bond.
Richard Anthony Salinas, AKA “Chops,” 25, of Donna, TX was indicted with two counts. Count one for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver PG 1 cocaine (400 g. or more) and count two possession of marijuana (5-50 lbs.).
Salinas was arrested on June 30, 2008 at 12:26 a.m. by DPS Trooper Jason Galvan on two drug charges. He was brought before Three Rivers Municipal Judge Dawn Benham. She issued two bonds totaling $75,000.
According to Salinas’ booking sheet he was released by District Judge Mike Welborn on Nov. 10, 2008. Upon indictment, Judge Johnson issued a capias for his arrest with a $20,000 bond.
Raymond B. Figueroa, Jr. was indicted on two counts of indecency with a child -sexual contact. Investigating the case are Live Oak County Chief Deputy Charlie Stroleny and Deputy John Brosig.
Judge Johnson issued a capias for Figueroa’s arrest with a $10,000 bond.
Tony Garcia was indicted for bail jumping. The case is being handled by Live Oak Constable Jim Daughty. Upon indictment Johnson issued a capias for Garcia’s arrest with a $500,000 bond.
