When law enforcement officers arrived, they found the horses behind a home off County Road 505, in southern Bee County.
Officials at the scene said that all showed signs of needing both food and water.
The horses, including one foal, were all loaded onto trailers and taken to areas where they would be treated and their condition evaluated.
This is the third time deputies have been to the home during the last few years. Deputies seized 25 horses the first time and 19 horses the second.
No charges have been filed for this most recent occurrence.
