I, Kathy Guzman, have a complaint against the Karnes City Police Department and the highway patrol.
My daughter, Jessica Guzman Ray, lives in Falls City, Texas and they do nor like black people.
She was stopped in her truck and they gave her a DWI.
She does not drink at all. She does take a high dose of medicine.
They did a blood test and they say she was not drunk.
She has been up for two days and she gets up early to work at her job.
I am getting a lawyer for Jessica Guzman Ray and suing the Karnes City Police Deprtment.
The law is not doing their job at all and an off duty patrolman does not like black people.
She said the cop hit her truck causing it to run off the road hitting the San Antonio River.
We got the license plate number of the cop car.
