Athletic physicals needed before practices begin

Athletes entering grades seventh, ninth and eleventh must get a physical this year. Athletes entering the eighth, tenth and twelfth grades do not need a new physical unless they did not have one last year or they answered yes to selected questions on the medical history form that all athletes must complete yearly.

The medical history form must be filled out and signed before going to the doctor. Athletes must be accompanied by their parent.

Physical forms can be picked up at the Athletic Office, high school and middle school main offices and at the BISD Central office.
