Raymond is a 2005 graduate of Refugio High School and is currently a police officer with the Refugio Police Department.
Jessica is a 2006 graduate of Woodsboro High School and recently received a degree in dental hygiene.
The couple will marry at 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Woodsboro.
