Larissa Liska of Three Rivers was one of 16 students awarded scholarships recently by the Fraternal Alliance of Texas. The winners were announced at the 111th annual meeting of the Fraternal Alliance of Texas held Oct. 21-22, at the Texas Czech Cultural and Heritage Center in La Grange.
