Grand jury indicts 10 people

KARNES CITY - A Karnes County grand jury indicted 10 people when they convened Friday, March 3.

Priscilla Reyna, 23, was indicted on a third degree felony count of assault of a public servant. If convicted Reyna could face two to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Thomas Davis, 46, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance. This charge is a state jail felony and can carry a sentence of 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and up to a $10,000 fine.

Pamela Stump, 43, was indicted on the third degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated/third offense. If convicted Stump could face two to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Juan Ramirez, 57, was indicted on the third degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated/third offense. If convicted Ramirez could face two to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Donald Gatter, 59, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance. This charge is a state jail felony and can carry a sentence of 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and up to a $10,000 fine.

Xavier Puerto, 39, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance. This charge is a state jail felony and can carry a sentence of 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and up to a $10,000 fine.

Richard Pedroza, 49, was indicted on the third degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated/third offense. If convicted Pedroza could face two to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Nathan Moore, 22, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance. This charge is a state jail felony and can carry a sentence of 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and up to a $10,000 fine.

Jennifer McCarley, 19, was indicted on one count of theft of something valued between $1,500 and $20,000. This charge is a state jail felony and can carry a sentence of 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and up to a $10,000 fine.

John Lasyone, 44, was indicted on the third degree felony charge of driving while intoxicated/third offense. If convicted Lasyone could face two to ten years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
