Karnes County residents will gather at Kenedy High School Football field on Apr. 27 at 7 p.m. to celebrate the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Karnes County. Over the course of 13 years, the Relay For Life of Karnes County has raised a total of $68,000.00 to help in the fight against cancer, while involving numerous participants walking for a cure.

“I feel honored to be a part of this uplifting event,” said Tina. “I have made a personal commitment both to create awareness about the progress against cancer and help raise the funds necessary to continue the fight against the disease.”

Relay For Life is a fun-filled overnight event that mobilizes communities throughout the country to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones and raise money for the fight against cancer.
