Guest speaker Roberta Mueller will give a lecture on Sallie Scull at the Refugio County Historical Society’s annual meeting on Monday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m at the Refugio County Museum.

Scull was a citizen of Refugio County in the 1800s.
