A luncheon presentation to discuss opportunities related to Eagle Ford Shale is planned for May 23. Dr. Harold Hunt, Texas A&M University Research Economist, will discuss “Oil, Gas, and Real Estate in the Eagle Ford” at a luncheon seminar on Wednesday, May 23rd at 11:30 am at the Kenedy City Hall Auditorium. The presentation is designed to create awareness of the business opportunities associated with the Eagle Ford Shale. Dr. Hunt's research offers beneficial insights for both commercial and residential specialists. Dr. Hunt’s topics range from green building to the impact of economic development, transportation and other special issues. “While this economic growth is welcome in light of the national economic downturn, such rapid growth can be painful to smaller communities,” Dr. Hunt stated. “All signs point to the Eagle Ford providing significant economic benefits for Texas for many years to come.” There is no charge to attend the luncheon, but you must register in order to attend. To RSVP, call 512-320-0943 and leave a message or email info@southbootshill.com. Aqualand Development, LLC is hosting the luncheon seminar. Aqualand Development is a privately held real estate development company that focuses primarily on multifamily residential development in central and south Texas. Aqualand Development has 50 combined years of experience developing land and community relationships. Contact Steven Yavorsky syavorsky@gmail.com 757-903-1165
