John and Sharon Krueger of Fashing are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaylynn Krueger, to Adam Janysek, son of Patrick and Carleen Janysek of Gillett.

Kaylynn is the granddaughter of Burton and Mildred Meyer of Jourdanton, TX and the late Alfred and Mathlida Krueger, Sr. of Fashing. She is a 2007 graduate of Karnes City High School. Kaylynn received her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6th grade (elementary education) from Texas A&M University – Kingsville in May 2011. She is currently employed at Karnes City ISD and is working at the elementary.

Adam is the grandson of Leona Janysek and the late Vincent Janysek, Sr. of Panna Maria and the late Clem and Annie Opiela of Panna Maria. He is a 2004 graduate of Karnes City High School. Adam received his Associates Degrees in Diesel Equipment Technology with specialization in Agriculture Equipment, Heavy Truck, and Small Engine from Texas State Technical College in Waco in 2007 and currently works with his dad and uncles farming around the Karnes County area.

A June wedding is planned.
