The annual Bee County Chamber of Commerce Banquet on Friday, Feb. 27, takes a twist this year with two remarkable headliners – Texas Commissioner of Agriculture Todd Staples as keynote speaker and a special tribute to the Beeville veterans of World War II.

A social hour kicks off the event at 6 p.m. at the Beeville Country Club.

Honorary co-chairs for the event, R.W. Dirks and Alejandro P. Garza, will honor the World War II veterans of Bee County in an unforgettable ceremony commemorating extraordinary service during a perilous time in our nation’s history.

Organizers anticipate a sold-out event again this year. Tickets are $50 per person and tables for eight and 10 are available. Only paid reservations will be held. For more information, contact the Chamber office at 358-3267 or e-mail info@beecountychamber.org.
