The first Old Timers Radio Show aired Sunday, Aug. 5 on radio station AM 930 KLUP from 4-5 p.m. and will continue to air at this time and radio station every Sunday until all interviews are heard. Over 200 plus interviews with South Texas “old timers” are scheduled to hit the air waves. The program is sponsored by Conoco-Phillips and hosted by Bill Soyars.

A schedule of interviews and dates are as follows: Sept. 9, Bob Hindes and Pete Simpson; Sept. 16, E.F. Charee and Buddy Jones; Sept. 23, N.B. Willey and Jimmy Heilgman; Sept. 30, Poochy Lyne and Charlie Rankin.
