The visiting Mathis Pirates broke open a close game with a second half 21-point explosion to down the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats 35-19 on Friday night. The Pirates took the lead on their final drive of the first half and led 14-13 at the intermission. Mathis scored on their first possession of the second half and went on to 16-point win.
