Entertainment on the country & western stage will begin with the Ukadoodles Ukelele group performing shortly after 10 a.m. Accordion player Chris Rybak will perform at 10:30 a.m., followed by the Brush Country Music Jamboree band taking the stage around 11:30 a.m. Ricky Turpin and Randy Elmore will play fiddles with Joe Nixon all afternoon.
Other guest performers will be yodeling champion Ken Brothers of West Point, Allison Crowson of Brenham, 10-year-old Ally Coscetti of Refugio, Peter Kane of Floresville, Ribbon Cane bluegrass group of Beeville, Raisin’ Kane (Tim and Peter Kane) of Floresville, Tom Teboe of New Braunfels, Karlene Fey of Seguin and Elvis impersonator Rob Carter of New Braunfels.
Local performers also will have a chance to showcase their talents during an “open mike” performance which will be held around 5 p.m.
There is no admission fee for the event.
