GOLIAD – The City of Goliad has issued a boil water notice to its residents.

Due to low water pressure in one of the city's water wells, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality ordered the city Thursday to warn residents of possible harmful bacteria.

It is recommended that all water for drinking, cooking and ice be boiled for two minutes and cooled before use.
