Uranium Energy Corp announced in a news release Monday that it has received all the required permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to start production with its Goliad County project.

"Uranium recovery operations can commence at the site once the regional EPA concurs with the aquifer exemption granted by the State of Texas," the release said.

Construction of the main access road, electrical access gate, electrical utilities supply power line and the deep disposal well drill location have been completed, according to the release.
